At Assaf Trading LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached in their original packaging.

  Initiate Request

  Log into your account or contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the items with the completed form and ship them back to our distribution center using a tracked shipping service.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
